Computer support service
The Remote Computer Support Service of Melchor Mascaró, S.A. aims to provide assistance to its users who require it. If this is your case, please follow the next steps:
1.- Send us an email to TIC@melchomascaro.com explaining your incident and clearly indicating your name and a contact telephone number. We will attend you as soon as possible within the service hours (from 08:00 to 19:00).
2.- If the incident requires it, a person from the technical team will contact you and will ask you to enter a 6-digit code that he will provide you and then press "Connect with support":
